SMS Program Terms

Everything you need to know about NxtQue text message notifications.

Program Name: NxtQue Notifications

Program Description: Transactional SMS notifications to help customers and staff manage queue position, appointments, and receipts.

Message Frequency: Recurring messages. Frequency varies based on your queue activity and appointments. Typically 1–10 messages per visit.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. NxtQue does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier may.

What kinds of messages we send

By opting in to NxtQue's SMS program, you agree to receive transactional text messages from NxtQue, which may include:

Queue position updates and "you're next" alerts
Appointment confirmations, reminders, and changes
Digital receipts after your service
Review request links after a completed visit
Account notifications (password resets, login codes)
Important service updates from shops or professionals you've booked

NxtQue does not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How to opt in

You can opt in to NxtQue SMS notifications in any of the following ways:

Online booking form: When you join a queue or book an appointment at nxtque.com, you will be asked to provide your mobile phone number and check a box agreeing to receive SMS notifications about your booking.
Account signup: When you create a NxtQue customer account, you will check a box agreeing to receive SMS notifications.
In-shop walk-in: When a shop staff member adds you to the queue, they will ask your permission before entering your mobile number.

Providing a mobile number without checking the consent box will not result in any SMS messages being sent.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use NxtQue, book appointments, and join queues without opting in to SMS messages. If you choose not to opt in, you'll receive booking confirmations through other channels (email or in-app).

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from NxtQue.

After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages. You can resubscribe at any time by replying START or by re-entering your phone number in the NxtQue booking flow.

Supported carriers

AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Alltel, and most other U.S. carriers are supported.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & data

NxtQue does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
