SMS Notifications

NxtQue sends transactional SMS alerts to help clients track their place in the queue. This page explains how opt-in works, what messages we send, and how to stop them.

How Clients Opt In

Opt-in is entirely voluntary and happens at the time of booking. When a client enters their phone number in the booking or walk-in form, they see the following disclosure before submitting:

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS queue alerts and booking receipts from NxtQue on behalf of the shop you are booking with. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. View our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

The phone number field is optional — clients who do not provide a number are not enrolled in SMS. No number is collected without the disclosure being visible.

NxtQue: Receipt — Cuts & Fades | Signature Fade $35.00 | Deposit paid $10.00 | Due at chair $25.00. Reply STOP to opt out.

Booking receipt — sent after booking confirmed

NxtQue: Your appointment with Marcus at Cuts & Fades is confirmed for Tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.

Message Types

Transactional Only

NxtQue only sends transactional messages directly related to a client's queue position or booking. We do not send marketing messages, promotions, or unsolicited texts.

Queue position updates (you're #2, you're next)
Booking confirmation and appointment reminders
Booking receipts with service and payment details

How to Opt Out

Stop Receiving Messages

Reply STOP to any NxtQue message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Reply HELP to any message for support contact information.
