If a customer books an appointment with you at a shop using NxtQue, the shop may share that customer's contact information with us so we can deliver booking confirmations and reminders on their behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your data to train AI models.
If you provide a phone number when booking or signing up, you consent to receiving SMS messages related to the Service (booking confirmations, reminders, queue updates). Message frequency varies based on your activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate NxtQue. Each receives only the information necessary to perform its function:

We keep your account information for as long as you have an active account. Booking history is retained for as long as your account is active so you and your shop have a record. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it (for example, tax records for payments).
NxtQue uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (your last shop, your account preferences, etc.). We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear local storage at any time through your browser's settings — doing so will sign you out and reset preferences.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@nxtque.com. We will verify your identity (typically by confirming the email address on file with your account) and respond within 30 days.
NxtQue is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it. Customers of shops using NxtQue may be of any age — but the account holder for a NxtQue subscription must be 18 or older.
We use industry-standard security measures — HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, scoped session tokens, and access controls — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we discover a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
NxtQue is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of NxtQue after a change means you accept the updated policy.
