The terms that govern your use of NxtQue.
By using NxtQue ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NxtQue provides queue management, walk-in booking, and appointment scheduling software for barbershops, salons, nail salons, spas, and other service businesses. The Service is provided as-is and we may modify or discontinue features from time to time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Program Name: NxtQue Notifications
Program Description: Transactional SMS notifications for queue position, appointment reminders, receipts, and account notifications.
Message Frequency: Recurring messages. Frequency varies based on your booking activity — typically 1–10 messages per visit.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. NxtQue does not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any NxtQue message to unsubscribe.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box during signup, booking, or account creation, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from NxtQue related to your use of the Service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
NxtQue does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For more details, see our SMS Program Terms and Privacy Policy.
Some features require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize NxtQue to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees paid to shops or professionals booked through the platform (including deposits and service fees) are subject to that business's own cancellation and refund policy. NxtQue is not responsible for disputes between customers and service providers.

If you are a shop owner, barber, stylist, technician, or other professional using NxtQue, you are responsible for the content you upload (including profile photos, service descriptions, prices, and client information) and for ensuring you have the right to use such content.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of NxtQue. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NxtQue is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@nxtque.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use of NxtQue after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
