NxtQue operates a transactional SMS program that sends queue position alerts, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and booking receipts to clients of barbershops, salons, nail salons, and spas using the NxtQue platform.
By providing your mobile phone number in the NxtQue booking or walk-in form and submitting the form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from NxtQue. Opt-in is voluntary — a phone number is not required to use the service.
Message frequency varies based on your queue activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per booking (join confirmation, position update, you're next, and receipt).
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any NxtQue message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further SMS from NxtQue. Reply HELP for support information.
NxtQue SMS is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
