We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and access-controlled API endpoints with token authentication. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We will notify affected users of any data breach as required by applicable law.

How you opt in: When you voluntarily provide your phone number in the NxtQue booking or walk-in form and check the SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages. What we send: NxtQue sends transactional messages only — queue position updates, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, payment receipts, and rebooking reminders initiated by your service professional. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per booking or queue visit. Rebooking reminders are sent at most once per visit cycle.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any NxtQue message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for support information. You may also update your notification preferences in your NxtQue account settings.

NxtQue uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to keep you logged in, store your notification preferences, and remember whether you have installed the NxtQue home screen app. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising scripts. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.
NxtQue is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at privacy@nxtque.com and we will delete it promptly.
